Noland Lab ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Noland Lab case management platform. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
We collect information necessary to manage dental lab cases, including client contact information, case details, and billing data. We integrate with QuickBooks Online to generate and send invoices on behalf of authorized users.
Information is used solely to operate the Noland Lab platform — including case tracking, invoicing, and client communication. We do not sell or share data with third parties except as required to deliver our services (e.g., QuickBooks for invoicing).
When you authorize our QuickBooks integration, we access your QuickBooks Online account solely to create and send invoices. We store OAuth tokens securely and do not access your QuickBooks data beyond what is necessary for invoicing.
All data is stored on secured private servers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
